We use dough that is made at a separate gluten free facility to prevent any cross contamination. In store, gluten free pizzas are sauced with their own ladle, cut with their own knife, and cooked on their own disposable tin. We take every precaution to make sure our customers receive a truly allergen free product.
A number of our toppings are available to top your gluten free pizzas! Pepperoni, sausage, ham, salami, mushroom, onion, green pepper, grilled chicken, black olive, banana pepper, fresh garlic, roasted pepper, hamburger, bacon, jalepeno, anchovy, pineapple, broccoli, feta, and spinach. Unfortunately, our eggplant,meatball and Alfredo sauce are NOT gluten free. If you have any questions regarding ingredients on our menu, please ask one of our team members.
Pizza is not the only gluten free option on our menu. The majority of our salads are also gluten free. Our grilled chicken and steak tips are prepared with all gluten free ingredients. All of our cold cuts as well as feta cheese are allergen free. So go ahead and order a chicken Caesar salad at Sophie’s, ask for it gluten free and we’ll skip the croutons and pita for a delicious alternative to pizza.
